Our sponsors are a class ACT!

The Apollo Civic Theatre has been serving Martinsburg and Berkeley County since 1914.  Every year the Apollo produces live performances and holds youth workshops.

In addition to the Apollo’s regular season, the Apollo rents its space to movie showings, dance recitals, events, pageants, and music acts – serving as a resource to the community.

Being an older theatre and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the Apollo needs funds for continual renovation and operation to remain open.

Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by the law.

Sponsorship Opportunities 

Wall Sponsor

Wall sponsors donate $100 or more to the theatre during the season. Sponsors will be proudly displayed on our thank you wall in the concession area of the lobby.

Show Sponsor

Donate $1,000 (or more) and become a show sponsor.  Show sponsors are thanked on the wall in the lobby,  receive mention on posters, marketing shout outs during promotion, and a mention before each performance.  Show sponsors also have their name engraved on metal on a plaque display for the season. 

Season Sponsor

Season sponsors who donate $5,000 or more are thanked on the lobby wall, mentioned in all show poster advertising and receive a marketing shout out with thanks before performances. Season sponsors also have their name engraved on metal on a plaque display for the season.

Chair Sponsor

Become a chair sponsor and leave a lasting legacy. You will be placing the name of your family, friend or business in the limelight. Your donation is commemorated with a personalized plaque that will be mounted on the backside of an audience chair in our theatre. All who sponsor a chair will have their names added to the Chair Sponsor recognition board in the lobby.
