Richard D. Fleenor is happy to be back on the Apollo stage after a 30+ year absence. He recently returned to Martinsburg after retiring from WVDHHR. He appeared in many shows in the Charleston area while living there. These include NIcely Nicely in Guys & Dolls, FDR in Annie, Moonface in Anything Goes, Georg in She Loves Me, Henry Ford in Ragtime, Elwood in Harvey, Herbie in Gypsy, Felix in The Odd Couple, Herr Schultz in Cabaret, Freddy and (25 years later) Colonel Pickering in My Fair Lady and Bert Berry in 42nd Street. Earlier this year he appeared at the Old Opera House in Leading Ladies and Curtains.
