Gabrielle Moseley

Gabrielle Moseley is thrilled to be part of the Apollo Theatre’s production of “Almost, Maine.” She has lived in Charles Town for the past few years, having spent more than two decades as a U.S Department of State foreign service officer overseas (Brazil twice, Northern Ireland, Iraq, Mexico, Haiti, El Salvador) and also in Washington, DC, where she is assigned now. Gabbi’s most recent stage experience was in Charles Town Old Opera House’s summer 2024 New Voice Play Festival, as the annoying Helen in “We Are Doing Some Work in Your Neighborhood” (also directed by the talented Sarah Celec). Way back in 2011-12 she was in U.S. Embassy Baghdad, Iraq’s Camp Cupcake Community Theater in a few 1940s-style radio plays performed live, and many more moons ago Gabbi had some leading roles while a military child in middle and high school plays in Egypt, Jordan, and Brazil. Besides an abiding love for international travel and languages–and the theatre, of course–Gabbi enjoys reading, playing trivia and other games, watching movies, listening to music, swimming, enjoying forays to wineries and breweries in the area, and “glamping” around the U.S. in her RV with her mechanically gifted, patient, loving partner and “blended-cat-family daddy,” David.
